Each quarter, Mulling Insurance hosts a staff luncheon to celebrate our team, recognize accomplishments, and enjoy some time together. Our team is always on the move, so intentionally spending time to catch up and focus on fellowship is incredibly valuable to us.
Here's a peek at what we covered during the last luncheon!
Milestone Anniversaries
At Mulling Insurance, one of our biggest points of pride is the tenure of our team. We work hard to foster a family-first culture that encourages community involvement, continued education, and doing right by our customers.
During our latest luncheon, we recognized these team members for their service milestones:
-
Josh Dibling — 5 years
-
Tabitha Leggett — 5 years
-
Kim O’Grady — 10 years
-
Laurie Burke-Thompson — 20 years
-
Brien Spann — 20 years
Special congratulations to each of you on reaching these milestones. We hope for many more years together as a work family!
MullingCares: Fall Community Initiatives
This luncheon also kicked off our MullingCares initiative. Each fall, our efforts ramp up as we support local nonprofits through donations, supply drives, and hands-on help. Recent highlights include:
-
KidsPack – Preparing weekend meal backpacks for Polk County students experiencing food insecurity. Our office serves as a packing site during the school year.
-
St. Alban’s Episcopal Church of Auburndale – Collecting diapers and wipes to stock their food pantry. In partnership with Feeding Tampa Bay, they serve almost 200 Polk County families every two weeks.
-
Senior Orphans of Polk County – Hosting an October food drive to support local seniors living without family support and on incomes of $600 or less.
We’re proud of the work our team does to strengthen our community.
